The hotel rooms were very clean and modern, immaculate, and perfect for everyone. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again for sure, it's 5 stars for such a great place. However, the room felt a little cramped with not much space around the bed and was located away from the corridor fire exit door.

The service at the hotel was friendly and efficient, especially when we needed assistance during a rugby weekend. The staff called a cab quickly in the night when we had to rush to the hospital to visit our daughter.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with hot water available all the time. However, there was a slight issue with the heating in the room, which required a fan heater. The service was exceptional, with friendly and accommodating staff, especially Sue at reception. The location was great, with plenty of eateries around and easy access to Newcastle center.
